I am a Realtor who will listen to you and do my best to satisfy your real estate needs whether you are buying or selling. I respond to inquires quickly and will provide insight on both the local market and recent comparable sales to help you evaluate pricing. I have access to listings in both the San Antonio and New Braunfels/Canyon Lake Multiple Listing Service (MLS) databases, so I can help with your needs in the entire region surrounding San Antonio.

My full service residential property management company, Rental Property Professionals, specializes in management of single family rental property. We currently manage about 160 properties and can help you whether you are an investor or a homeowner out of town for some period of time. Background and Qualifications

I’ve have been a licensed Real Estate Broker in Texas for over 40 years, and have been active in the San Antonio area residential market since 2002. As a former Certified Public Accountant and retired Navy Captain I am accustomed to being held to a higher standard of service. I will work with you through the entire buying/selling process from start to finish and that includes helping you evaluate lending options, providing detailed market analysis and estimates of closing costs. My extensive business experience, both as a Chief Financial Officer of several public and private companies and as a landowner and rancher, has helped hone my negotiating skills. I communicate with confidence and reliability by email, fax or phone as well in person.

I have more than 40 years of experience negotiating contracts, evaluating finances and providing quality customer service. I am a native of the San Antonio area, and am experienced in assisting with both corporate and military relocations; my wife of 42 years and I have personally relocated numerous times.
